China Higher Education is an
organ of the Ministry of Education of
China, and a comprehensive journal providing information
and guidance from the higher education community
in the country. It timely and accurately
publicizes the policies and guiding principles
of the Center Committee of Communist Party of
China and the State Council concerning higher education,
the salient features of the important decisions
and plans and arrangements of work made by MOE;
summarizes and reports the fresh experiences in
the higher education in various localities and the
deeds of advanced workers; reflects new situation
and new problems encountered in the reform and
development of the higher education

information for decision makers of the educational department,
for the staff members of educational institutions and catering
